The minutes of the Planning Cttee meeting held on 24 th March were approved and signed by the Chairman.
Decisions of NDDC Planning Committee
No. 0096 Renewal of permission No. 0882 to retain mobile home at Middle Farm, Stalbridge Weston. Refused
No. 0119 Sunnyside, Thornhill Road. Erect single storey rear extension with terrace garden above and demolish outbuildings. Refused.

Planning Applications
No. 0279 2 Poolestown Cottages. Erect side extension. It was proposed by P Ashcroft and seconded by R Penfold that there be no objection but care must be taken to obstruct the adjacent footpath. All agreed
No. 0314 Sunnyside, Thornhill Road. Demolish outbuildings and erect single storey extension. It as proposed by J Cowley and seconded by P Ashcroft that there be no objection to the demolition of the outbuildings and the building of the extension but the new roof must be kept clear and not used for any other purpose and that there be no means of access to the roof from inside of the property. All agreed.
