Confirm minutes of last meeting and decisions of NDDC Planning Cttee
The minutes of the Planning Cttee meeting held on 19 th May were approved and signed by the Chairman.
Decisions of NDDC Planning Committee
No. 0314 Sunnyside, Thornhill Road. Granted with the condition that the extension roof will not be used as a roof garden or for any other purpose.
LB. 9055 Keepers Cottage, Stalbridge Park. Alterations and repairs. Granted
No. 0358 2 Drews Lane. Erect extension and conservatory. Granted provided that the Conservatory is wood and glass not uPVC
No. 0271 Pig & Whistle Cottage. Form vehicular access and parking area. Granted. It was noted that the present access is not as shown on the plan. This will be monitored to ensure that the finished access is as per the permission granted

Planning Applications
No. 0510 24 Vale Road. Change of use of annexe to Hairdressing Studio. It was proposed by D Grimes and seconded by R Penfold that there be no objections to this application provided that the following conditions apply
The permission is personal to this applicant only and may not be transferred to anyone else and will cease if the property is sold.
That, in accordance with CW992 there be no external advertisements in order to preserve the residential area.
It should also be noted that all residents on the Westacres Estate have the benefit of a Covenant which was included in the original conveyances of the properties to the effect that no commercial or business use will be allowed in any of the properties on the Estate
The proposal was carried on a vote of 5 in favour and 4 against.
The Chairman advised those present that he had been notified that Enforcement action is to be taken against the Owner of Thornhill House in respect of unauthorised alterations carried out on this important listed building.
