Confirm minutes of last meeting and decisions of NDDC Planning Cttee

The minutes of the Planning Cttee meeting held on 3rd November were approved and signed by the Chairman.

Decisions of NDDC Planning Committee

No. 0771 & LB 9119 Runaways, Ring Street. Erect garden room. Granted
No. 1031 27 & 28 Jarvis Way. Erect single storey front extensions. Granted

Notification that the appeal by Mr & Mrs Selway against refusal of approval of details for property at Cooks Farm has been dismissed

OPEN FORUM Planning matters only. No comments

Planning Applications

No. 1138 45 Grosvenor Road, Erect Conservatory. It was proposed by J Cox and seconded P Ashcroft that there be no objections. All agreed.

Other Planning Matters

It would appear that a new entrance way is being constructed at The Old Coach House, Barrow Hill but the T C have not been informed of any planning application in this respect. Enforcement Officer to be advised.

A question was asked at to whether or not work being carried out at Cooks Farm had permission. It was pointed out that permission has been granted for an indoor swimming pool.
