Planning Applications

No. 0047 Cooks Farm – Revised design for Agricultural Worker’s Dwelling. Although outline permission has been granted, the previous application for full planning permission had been turned down by both NDDC and on appeal, as the dwelling was considered too large. The new plan shows a smaller dwelling. It was proposed by J Cox and seconded by D Neal that there be no objections but if granted, permitted development rights be removed in order that the house cannot be enlarged. Agreed, 5 in favour.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7-45 p.m.
