There were no minutes to approve

Decisions of NDDC Planning Committee

No. 1054 Redbank, Grove Lane. Erect garage & first floor extension. Granted
No. 1071 Stanbrook, Station Road. Erect stable block/store Granted
No. 1071 Stanbrook, Station Road. C of U from agricultural to domestic land. Refused.
No. 1039 The Goat House, Thornhill. Erect agric. Worker’s dwelling. Granted

The Chairman closed the meeting for

Mr Redman advised regarding PA 1200 that the plans including use of part of the site only were as suggested by Planning Officers

The Chairman reconvened the meeting

Planning Applications

No. 1200 Downend, Thornhill Road. Erect 2 dwellings. It was proposed by P Ashcroft and seconded by J Cox that the TC objections be the same as for previous PA No. 0952 All agreed

No. 1174 24 Vale Road. Erect additional dwelling. It was proposed by P Ashcroft and seconded by J Cox that the TC objections be the same as for previous PA No. 0172 All agreed

No. 1151 Thornhill Park. Modify access, erect gate
No. 1188 Thornhill Park. Erect security gates
LB. 9177 Thornhill Park. Internal and external alterations
LB. 9174 Thornhill Park. Demolish various buildings and alterations.

It was proposed by J Cowley and seconded by J O’Hare that there be no objections to the above applications but attention be drawn to the fact that a public footpath (No.49) may be affected. All agreed.

It was noted that a plan showing the full curtelage of the plot in respect of PA 1127 land to the rear of 8 Ring Street, and the access has now been received.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7-50 p.m.
