​John Sheahan 
​My wife Jane and I have lived in Stalbridge for ten years. We have three children and four grandchildren who all enjoy visiting us here.
We have lived in many places in the UK due to my work commitments and find Stalbridge a great place to settle.  Also, through my work in the food industry I have been lucky enough to visit many countries around the world and have had the pleasure of meeting and working with many interesting people.
Joining the Town Council gives me an opportunity to help keep Stalbridge and its surrounding countryside an attractive place to live, work and relax in, for all ages.  I hope my experience in business and working with many different cultures will support the work of the council and help support local businesses and working people.
