Council meetings
The next scheduled Town Council meeting will take place on Wednesday 14th October 2026.
​Notice of meetings is published on the Town Council web site, Hub window and notice board at the top of Station Rd a minimum of three clear days before a meeting, this does not include the day on which notice was issued, the day of the meeting, a Sunday, a day of the Christmas break, a day of the Easter break or of a bank holiday or a day appointed for public thanksgiving or mourning.
The regular venue for meetings is The Hub, Station Rd DT10 2RG. Members of the public wishing to attend are kindly requested to register with the Clerk prior to attending to ensure comfort and space for all.
The office is open for walk in enquires / recycling bin collections Monday to Thursday 9.30-12.30
Outside these hours 9am to 3pm on the above days by appointment only .
