Save Stalbridge Youth Club
Sadly at short notice Stalbridge Youth Club closed before the end of the summer term.
Sincere thanks is expressed to the local volunteers who have supported the club for many years.
The Town Council have historically supported the Youth Club and especially since the Unitary Youth funding was withdrawn in 2016. They are continuing their support and have made initial investigations with an organization called 'Youth Connect South West'.
The success of this is dependent on other towns and Parish Councils working with Youth Connect South West, so that they can employ Youth Workers locally.
Updates on progress will be posted on this web site. In the mean time if you are interested in helping with the Youth Club on a voluntary basis, in a role supported by qualified Youth Workers please contact the Town Council office.
